About the role Your role centers on supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives, and actively drive their own decisions and goals. This role is in the group home setting where our clients live (the Accommodation aspect of CPA) operating 24x7 and has coverage over a variety of morning, day, afternoon and overnight 'awake shifts'.
