Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Technical Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow to join their team on a contractual basis. This is an opportunity to contribute to an ongoing project with an established client, providing key technical consultancy primarily focused on ServiceNow integrations and modules. The role involves designing, documenting, and leading workshops in a dynamic environment with a focus on HR and service delivery capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and participate in workshops with stakeholders and technical teams.
* Design and develop integration solutions, preferably with SuccessFactors or other general systems.
* Create comprehensive design and \"as-built\" documentation.
* Work specifically with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Service Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.
* Collaborate closely with our client teams to ensure solutions meet project requirements and timelines.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven senior-level experience as a Technical Consultant specializing in ServiceNow implementations.
* Experience with integrations, preferably with SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
* Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD module.
* Experience with Service Portfolio Management (SPM) module is highly desirable.
* Excellent technical writing skills for producing detailed design and as-built documentation.
* Strong communication skills with the confidence to lead and facilitate workshops.
* Ability to work on-site in Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne as required.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time contract role with an initial part-time schedule (4 days per week) transitioning to full-time (5 days per week) after the first two months. The role supports an already secured piece of work for our client and offers the chance to work with a reputable client in a critical infrastructure sector.
