About the role
As aSeniorProduct Marketing Manager atNerdio,you'llplay asupportingrole in planning and executing the product marketingactivitiesfor our productNerdioManager forMSP.You'llwork closely with marketing, product management, sales,customersand technology partners, to understand our target audience, their keychallengesand the competitive landscape. This will enable you to define our unique value proposition thenown themessaging, content creation, thought leadership, salesenablementand competitive analysis for the product line that youare responsible for.
Your success will depend on your ability to work with various constituencies inside and outside the company,execute tasksindependentlyand communicate your progress to leadership in a constant and consistent manner.
What you'll do
* Developvalue proposition and messaging forNerdio'sManaged Service Provider product lines, with a clear understanding of the target markets and buyer personas
* Drivethe creation ofcompelling, high-quality content, both at a business and a technical level, in a variety of formats including digital, print collaterals, blogs, social media, and video
* Own theproduct launchprocess from a Marketing perspectivealongside the product teamand collaborate with field teams to execute marketing campaigns to deliver on awareness and pipeline targets
* Enable the sales and channel teams to understand,presentandshowcasehowNerdioManagerforMSPis positioned for success.
* Participate in customer and partner engagement activities such as demo days, training camps, annual conference, and others
* Delivercompetitive research, review competitive products,and share your findings with product,salesand marketing leadership
* Be the voice of the customer during the entire software development lifecycle
* Effectively executeplans that cross different functional groups, including product management, go to market,and sales.
* Represent the company in customer engagements and at events, to evangelize our point of view and be recognized as an expert in your industry
Qualifications
* 5+ years of technology product marketing, product management, or technical marketing experience
* Bachelor's degree in a related field isrequired
* Well versed inManaged Service Providertechnical products used by IT administrators
* Experience in technologies with Microsoft Azure,Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktopand Microsoft Intunerequired,Windows 365 and Security solutions a plus.
* Experience in Managed Service Provider marketing, businessstrategies,packagingand pricing a plus
* Excellent communication skills, written, oral and presentationisrequired
* Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholdersand actively manage tasks by communicating status and progress on a regular basis
* Creative thinker able to develop and deliver engaging presentations in a range of environments,from large internal teams,to conferences and customer briefings
* Strong listening and critical thinking skills
Travel
Occasional travel to conferences or meetings is expected.
