The Opportunity

We are looking for a Wholesale Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the growth and commercial success of our wholesale channel.

This is a newly created role designed to connect sales execution with trade marketing. You will ensure our wholesale partners have the tools, assets, and support they need to drive strong sell‐in, sell‐through, and long‐term brand alignment.

Working closely with our Brand, Digital and Wholesale teams, this role sits at the centre of the wholesale ecosystem — coordinating sales operations, managing key marketing assets, and helping deliver activations that strengthen brand presence across major retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Marketing & Brand Support

* Coordinate and distribute all seasonal trade marketing assets to wholesale partners, ensuring each account receives tailored content aligned with their buys and access to the full asset library
* Develop and maintain trade marketing decks using Figma for brand, wholesale, and senior leadership presentations
* Manage major wholesale asset updates including seasonal in‐store updates, campaign launches and large‐scale brand initiatives
* Collate key seasonal styles across major accounts to support Go‐To‐Market planning and brand strategy
* Maintain and manage the wholesale trade marketing calendar, aligning campaigns, launches and key account activity with brand timelines
* Act as a central point of contact between wholesale partners, brand teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives
* Track and report on trade marketing activity, asset usage and campaign performance across wholesale partners
* Support the coordination of in‐store visual merchandising, POS distribution and retail execution across key accounts
* Assist the Brand and Digital teams with wholesale‐related marketing initiatives when required

Wholesale Operations

* Manage B2B platforms including SalesNet and asset hubs used for wholesale sell‐ins
* Coordinate and pack indent samples for external sales representatives and retailer campaigns (including Myer, Edge and Ozmosis)
* Oversee the distribution of marketing POS to wholesale accounts
* Manage drop‐shipment platforms including product uploads, imagery and product copy
* Create and manage wholesale sales orders as new accounts and partnerships expand
* Support onboarding of new wholesale customers including account creation in AP21 and coordination of credit applications
* Provide operational support to the wholesale team to help drive strong sell‐in and partner relationships

Qualifications and Experience

* Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Fashion Business or a related field (desirable but not essential)
* Certifications or short courses in sales operations, marketing coordination or data analysis are advantageous
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
