Role
We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our PMO Practice at Quorum, based in Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne.
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of Microsoft-related projects across Professional Services engagements, acting as the primary client contact, coordinating internal and external teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring engagements deliver on outcomes on time and on budget.
You'll work with Engineers, Consultants, Account Managers and other stakeholders to keep everyone aligned throughout the project lifecycle, including kick-offs, progress tracking, risk and scope management, and regular meetings with clear follow-ups and reporting.
Strong communication, time management and the ability to bring structure and clarity to fast-moving or complex situations are essential.
The role reports to the Practice Manager – Project Management, with opportunity for structured training and development within the PMO.
There are no direct reports in this position.

You'll have experience managing Microsoft-based projects within a Professional Services environment and take ownership of engagements from start to finish.
You'll be an exceptional communicator, well-organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

You'll be dependable, resilient, and solutions-focused, maintaining relationships with internal and external teams to meet deadlines and service levels.
Role requirements
Experience & Expertise– Minimum 5 years' IT Project Management experience, including at least 2 years delivering Microsoft-related projects in a Professional Services environment.
Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in the mid-market enterprise space with solid understanding of project lifecycles, scopes and customer engagement models.
Project Delivery & Methodology– Proficient in formal delivery frameworks such as Prince2 and Agile.
Able to manage budgets, timelines, risks and resource allocation with clear documentation from kick-offs to wrap-ups.
Communication & Time Management– Outstanding written and verbal communication; able to manage competing priorities and keep stakeholders informed at every stage.
Microsoft Project Experience– Experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., Intune, Sentinel, Azure, Identity, Purview) and collaborating with Technical Consultants and Customer Success Managers to align delivery with customer goals.
Process & Attention to Detail– Process-driven, highly organised, with strong governance and reporting practices and a drive for continual improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration– Able to build trusted relationships and maintain engagement across internal and external stakeholders.
Professionalism & Integrity– Calm under pressure, committed to transparent, accountable delivery and upholding Quorum values.
