Layers Bakery is looking for a full time Barista to join our friendly team!
Layers Bakery is a small french family business in Subiaco. We pride ourselves by providing really good food, great coffee and excellent customer service!
We have a daily production of traditional sourdough breads, pastries, cakes, and much more. Everything is made from scratch on premises and freshly baked every morning.
Duties for this position are:
Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages including various types of coffee and tea, creating winter/summer special drinks, taking orders, cash handling and POS operation, customer service and helping staff with other general duties.
- Previous barista experience of at least 2 years
- Excellent customer service
- Able to work under pressure and provide high quality coffee consistently
- Quality latte art experience and able to maintain consistency when busy
- Complete understanding of coffee extraction and grind adjustment
Tuesday to Saturday with a small morning shift on Saturday.
Salary based on experience.
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
