Your Role
* Work alongside experienced educators to support children aged 0–5
* Assist in preparing and delivering play-based learning experiences
* Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team
* Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Study towards your qualification during and outside of work hours
* Commit to a 12–18 month traineeship
What We're Looking For
* A genuine interest in early childhood education
* Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (traineeship requirement)
* Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check
* Ability to dedicate time outside of work to complete course requirements
