About the Role
The Home Care Assistant delivers individualised, personalised care and assistance to clients so that they may continue to live in their home and focus on their quality of life.
* Monitoring and communicating client condition
* Transportation
* House cleaning
* Personal hygiene
As a Home Care Assistant, you will demonstrate a commitment to best practice care and ensure that all in-home care is provided in a respectful way in accordance with policy and procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:

* The ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing and computer skills
