We're looking for a Payroll Officer to join our fast-paced, supportive team, where no two days are the same! From processing end-to-end payroll across multiple brands and pay cycles to solving queries and supporting key stakeholders – this is your chance to shine in a critical role that keeps the business moving.
What You\'ll Be Doing
Running end-to-end payroll for monthly and fortnightly cycles (AU & NZ)
Ensuring data accuracy and compliance across all payroll functions
Handling queries, discrepancies, and payroll issues with a customer-first approach
Supporting back pay, terminations, and leave calculations
Maintaining meticulous payroll records and reports
* Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external providers
What You'll Bring
Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-volume payroll environment (retail preferred but not required)
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation (Awards, Super, Tax, Leave, etc.)
Familiarity with Chris21/iChris and Dayforce Ceridian highly regarded
Advanced Excel skills and confidence with the Microsoft Office suite
A calm, can-do attitude with top-tier organisational skills
High ethical standards and absolute discretion with sensitive data
A genuine team player with great communication skills
