About the Role:

As a key leader, you'll inspire Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants to provide person-centred, high-quality care. Your leadership and team spirit will ensure every resident feels valued, supported, and genuinely cared for each day.

What We're Looking For in You:
* Current, unrestricted AHPRA Registered Nurse Registration
* Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months)
* Experience in aged care desirable
* Genuine empathy that shines through your care
* Strong communication and leadership skills
