We're looking for a Senior Lawyer & Investigator to join our Discipline & Suitability Team. You will handle complex investigations into complaints about lawyers, their fitness to practice and associated disciplinary issues. This is getting interesting, what type of person are you looking for? We are looking for candidates with the following: * A high level of understanding of how to interpret and apply legislation * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills * Ability to work autonomously * Substantial experience as a legal practitioner with considerable experience in private practice, regulation and/or prosecutions * Admitted as an Australian Lawyer and/or eligible to obtain a Victorian Practising Certificate * Minimum of 4 years Post Qualification Experience and an ability to manage complex litigation autonomously will be highly desirable That sounds like me!
