What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance of a broad fleet of farm machinery
- Fast turnaround on breakdowns, especially during harvest (February to Mid May)
- Manage workshop budgets, spare parts, and stock levels
- Maintain safety standards – including SOPs, JSAs, and workshop procedures
- Liaise with centralised maintenance crews and external contractors as needed
Machinery and Equipment You'll Oversee:
- Tractors, ATVs, mechanical harvesters (shakers, sweepers, pickup machines)
- Sprayers, fertiliser spreaders, chainsaws, trailers, and bins
You’ll Bring:
- Mechanical background (agriculture or horticulture ideal)
- Safety-first mindset with experience managing SOPs and JSAs
- Financial awareness – confident managing budgets and inventory
