We are seeking an experienced Stockroom Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store's back of house. The successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance to their team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

* Ensure cycle counts are established within stores and schedules are followed and completed to avoid out of stocks
* Process returns and obsolete stocks in a timely manner
* Utilize time and planning tools to achieve business results
* Complete paperwork procedures for effective business functioning
* Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Previous experience in a similar stock based role in a fast-paced retail environment
* Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and ability to influence team members
* Suitable level of physical fitness for lifting and shifting boxes
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
