Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging digital content across web, mobile, email, social, and other key channels.
* Turn briefs and brand guidelines into creative, on-brand designs that resonate with our audience.
* Contribute ideas and concepts during brainstorming sessions, helping shape campaigns from the ground up.
* Partner with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure designs align with both brand and business goals.
* Bring concepts to life through animation, motion graphics, and other creative digital techniques.
* Balance multiple projects at once, producing high-quality work even under tight deadlines.
* Stay across digital design trends and recommend fresh, innovative approaches to keep our creative output ahead of the curve.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience as a digital designer, graphic designer, or similar with a portfolio showing off your digital work.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
* A track record of designing for web, mobile, email, and digital marketing campaigns.
* An eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with cross-functional teams.
