Investment Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced Investment Sales Manager to lead capital raising initiatives across our portfolio of unlisted property trusts.
The successful candidate will cultivate relationships with high-net-worth investors, family offices, and wholesale advisory networks, driving strategic growth and investor alignment in support of our evolving property investment platform.
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned capital raiser or real estate investment sales professional to make a significant impact within a high-performing funds management team.
About the Role
As Investment Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Providing market insights, feedback, and trend analysis to refine fundraising strategy and investor experience.
* Maintaining accurate investor CRM records, performance tracking, and reporting to inform strategic engagement and reinvestment planning.
* Overseeing investor onboarding, due diligence processes, and compliance checks under AFSL and AUSTRAC obligations.
* Working cross-functionally with Asset Management, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure alignment on offering terms and investor communications.
* Representing us in investor briefings, conferences, events, and virtual meetings to enhance market visibility.
* Preparing and delivering high-quality investment marketing materials, IMs, investment decks, webinars, and face-to-face presentations.
* Conducting investor profiling and segmentation to tailor investment offerings and presentations to strategic audiences.
* Originating, building, and managing long-term relationships with HNWIs, family offices, wealth advisors, and wholesale platforms.
* Leading end-to-end capital raising campaigns across our unlisted property investment funds, from initial strategy to close.
You will have:
* 4+ years' experience in investment sales, commercial property or fund distribution
* Proven success in wholesale investor capital raising or property fund distribution
* Strong knowledge of unlisted trust structures and investor compliance requirements
* Excellent commercial acumen and client relationship skills
* Strong written and presentation capabilities
* Proficiency with CRM platforms and investor database management
* Established network of wholesale investors, private wealth contacts, or advisory groups with a proven ability to convert relationships into capital raised.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in Finance, Property, or Commerce (preferred)
* A strong understanding of the Australian property market and regulatory environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive and results-driven approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
