Sunshine West, Victoria
.
This is a
full-time (9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday)
position that sits at the heart of our customer experience, blending retail management, direct customer support, and dynamic marketing assistance.
The Role: What You Will Do
This multi-faced role requires a pro-active individual ready to manage our direct customer channels and support Mount Zero's growing digital presence.
Warehouse Outlet Shop Management
Manage the day-to-day operations of our small, on-site warehouse outlet shop, ensuring it is presentable, stocked, and runs smoothly.
Provide exceptional
in-person customer service
, guiding customers through our product range and sharing the Mount Zero story.
Handle sales transactions and stock control for the shop.
Ecommerce Customer Support
Act as the
first point of contact
for our online customers.
Manage all customer inquiries (via phone and email) related to online orders, shipping, product information, and returns.
Social Media Support
Assist the Marketing Manager with the
creation of engaging content
(photos, short videos, recipes, or written posts) for our social media channels.
Monitor and manage
social media engagement
, responding to comments and messages to foster a positive and interactive online community.
Assist with other administrative and creative tasks to support marketing campaigns as required.
About You
2 years + experience in
retail management, customer service, or an administrative role
.
Excellent
communication skills
—both written and verbal—with a friendly, professional phone manner.
Exceptional
organisational skills
and a keen eye for detail.
The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and be a positive team player.
Confidence in learning and using multiple software programs (experience with Google Suite, Cin7, Shopify, and MS Office is preferred).
Favourable Skills and Experience
A strong
interest in food, cooking, or the gourmet industry
is highly desirable.
Proficiency with
social media platforms
(Instagram, Facebook) and a willingness to create content.
