PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN
Job Title: Production Operator - Blend & Fill
Location: Bendigo, VIC
Employment Type: Casual
Pay Rate: $32.31 per hour + Superannuation
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (4-5 days per week expected)
About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators to join a dedicated Blend & Fill team in Bendigo. This hands-on role involves supporting the preparation, blending, and filling of veterinary pharmaceutical products, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
This is a casual position with consistent work available-typically 4 to 5 days per week -and a great opportunity to be part of a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate machinery and equipment for product blending and filling
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Complete accurate documentation and production records
* Work collaboratively with line leads and team members to meet daily targets
* Assist with warehouse and packaging duties as needed
What We're Looking For
* Experience in manufacturing, laboratory, healthcare or pharmaceutical production (preferred, but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
