In this pivotal position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational journey of students. Working collaboratively with teaching staff, you will provide individualized assistance to students, helping them overcome learning obstacles and reach their full potential.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Providing dedicated support to students with diverse needs, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Assisting teachers in delivering tailored lesson plans, ensuring that each student receives the necessary help to succeed.
* Engaging in ongoing data analysis to assess student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions.
* Supporting the development of literacy and numeracy skills through evidence-based programs and strategies.
* Collaborating with teachers to create engaging and interactive learning activities, promoting student motivation and enthusiasm for learning.
Requirements and Qualifications
* A recognized qualification in education support or a related field, such as a Cert IV in Education Support.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to a positive and productive learning culture.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates, or willingness to obtain.
* A valid Blue Card, or willingness to obtain.
