About the role
Due to their ongoing growth, they are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic customer service / internal salesperson to join their team.

Responsibilities
Manage inbound sales enquiries (phone, email and in person) including follow ups
Build strong client relationships to develop optimal solutions
Partnering with external sales engineers to provide the best customer service
Drive sales and develop new business opportunities
Receive hands-on training in communication, negotiation, sales and product applications
Play a key role in selling renowned brands across various industries
Skills & Experience
Previous internal sales experience in manufacturing/engineering fields.
Exposure to plastics & related materials is a plus
Exposure to a manufacturing environment & process
Strong desire to work in a dynamic customer service environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace with high attention to detail
Self-starter with excellent time management skills
Team player with a positive attitude and a customer centric focus
