About the role:
Due to their ongoing growth, they are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic customer service / internal salesperson to join their team. As a sales-focused team player, you will thrive in a dynamic environment and continue your journey with an industry-leading brand in Australia and New Zealand.
Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound sales enquiries (phone, email and in person) including follow ups
* Build strong client relationships to develop optimal solutions
* Partnering with external sales engineers to provide the best customer service
* Drive sales and develop new business opportunities
* Receive hands-on training in communication, negotiation, sales and product applications
* Play a key role in selling renowned brands across various industries
Skills & Experience:
* Previous internal sales experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing/engineering, building materials fields. Exposure to plastics is a plus but not mandatory
* Exposure to a manufacturing environment & process would be ideal but not mandatory
* Strong desire to work in a dynamic customer service environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
* Self-starter with excellent time management skills
* Team player with a positive attitude and a customer centric focus
