The Property Contracts and Compliance Manager is a senior role that requires effective coordination and support for management of property assets. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to centralize planning, scheduling, and contracting of ongoing maintenance and capital upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage centralized property procurement strategy to maximize service within approved budgets
* Plan, budget, and schedule routine preventative maintenance works
* Ensure services provided are reliable, consistent, and professional, adhering to all compliance obligations
* Contribute to critical incident management, including emergency response and insurance-related works management
* Coordinate monthly purchase orders for maintenance and capex works, including approvals and reporting
Requirements:
* Prior experience in property services management or similar, with relevant experience in contract management, processes, and compliance management
* Sound understanding of property audit, essential services compliance, and standards
* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with external service providers and excellent time management/organizational skills
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (Property, Construction, Management) and knowledge or experience in Residential Aged Care would be highly advantageous
