Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Sydney, NSW, for a Business Development Manager. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and developing growth strategies for CMT's business operations. The candidate will oversee client needs, conduct market analyses, and participate in marketing initiatives to increase market presence. Additionally, the role involves negotiating contracts and collaborating with internal teams to fulfill business objectives.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in business development, client relationship management, and sales
* Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and identifying growth opportunities
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
* Ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
* Experience in the automotive or insurance industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
