Role
This is an executive leadership role responsible for the company's global growth strategy. Your mission is to grow Beaver's sales from $50m to $250m over the next 10+ years. You will own the entire commercial front-end of the business, including Capital Sales, Aftermarket Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, and Product Management. You will be responsible for building it into a high-performance revenue machine.
Accountabilities
* Revenue Leadership: Act as the executive owner of the company's commercial front-end, ensuring total alignment across all teams to aggressively grow the business.
* Global Revenue Strategy: Design and own the 'Go-to-Market' strategy, sequencing market entry to build a scalable global revenue machine (across APAC, Americas, EMEA).
* Capital Sales: Build the team and direct sales model to win high-stakes capital projects via EPCMs and major Mining Companies around the world.
* Aftermarket Sales: Build a sales model mixing direct sales and channel partners to cover all global mining markets (excluding China & Russia).
* Marketing: Own the full growth marketing function, encompassing brand authority, product marketing, lead generation, and sales enablement tools.
* Pricing & Product Strategy: Define global value propositions, market segmentation, and pricing frameworks to maximize margins during rapid expansion.
* A-Player Performance: Lead the organizational design for the revenue team, including role definition, recruiting A-players, incentive design, and sales training.
* Build the Machine: Build a repeatable system with clear handoff points to deliver a seamless, streamlined, and convenient customer experience with maximum internal productivity and automation.

Experience
* Years of Experience: 10–15 years of professional experience with a clear \"A-Player\" progression.
* Industry DNA: Strong sales experience within the mining, resources, or heavy industrial sectors, including understanding the 'capital-to-aftermarket' sales model.
* Technical Agility: Ability to rapidly learn sufficient technical product & applications knowledge to credibly interact with senior clients.
* Growth Track Record: Proven track record in strongly growing a division or a whole business.
* Commercial Exposure: Ideally experience across the whole commercial 'front end' of a business, including marketing, capital sales, aftermarket sales, customer operations, and product management.
