Responsibilities
* Review customer application using RetainMe's CRM
* Contact pre-qualified customers by phone to provide lending advice at various stages of the home loan process
* Create best in class advice for our customers by understanding their needs and issuing high-quality recommendations.
* Manage an ongoing pipeline of applications proactively, efficiently and effectively.
* Work closely with our in-house customer success team to fulfil home loan applications.
* Communicate with lenders, bank managers, settlement agents and clients throughout the loan process
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will possess the following:
* 2+ years of home lending experience within banking or mortgage broking
* Experience in assessing income and financial data to complete servicing calculations
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to use initiative
* Strong work ethic and impeccable communication skills
* Completed or considering completing Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking
* Ability to perform to the highest possible standard within a team environment
