Overview
At PwC, the Country by Country (CbC) Centre of Excellence is responsible for strategic management and execution of CbC projects for key clients focusing on Australian significant global entities (SGEs).
The CbC Centre of Excellence Manager will provide oversight of CbC reporting projects and lead liaison with client relationship teams and clients as required.
Responsibilities
* National delivery of CbC reporting requirements for your client portfolio, with support from both an onshore junior resource and a dedicated offshore team.
* Help to enhance and continually improve processes for opportunity management and deliver a distinct client experience across the full client portfolio.
* Clarify roles and responsibilities regarding the operational management of the wider team.
Qualifications
* Excellent client engagement abilities – work closely with clients and PwC's client relationship teams to deliver CbC reporting, and gather and respond to process‐related and general feedback from both groups.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills – lead a group of consultants across multiple clients; collaborate with offshore colleagues and managers to develop and continuously improve tools and processes.
* Project management expertise – effective organisational and project management skills essential for coordinating deadlines among a broad range of CbC clients, each with unique year‐ends and submission requirements.
* Technical proficiency – understand key transfer‐pricing concepts, stay current with global tax changes and apply them to CbC business opportunities; PwC offers extensive training in transfer‐pricing and international tax topics.
* Drive and initiative – motivate consultant teams, offshore colleagues, and the Australian relationship team; bring a positive, proactive approach as the business evolves.
