This is a casual position based at our hotel in Burwood, NSW ****, where you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public areas.
What you'll be doing
Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
Identify and report any maintenance issues or concerns to your supervisor.
Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service to our guests at all times.
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a housekeeping or room attendant role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
