We are seeking a focused individual wishing to lead and manage a team of experienced Hospital Assistants in Cleaning, within our hospital based site at Waratah.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Management / Supervisory experience
- Ability to meet strict business compliance and reporting requirements
- Managing and rostering staff to achieve consistent high-quality output
- Competent financial reporting and cost management skills
- Competent in meeting stringent timeframes and compliance requirements
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong focus on customer service
- High level communication and time management skills
- Strong commitment and understanding of WHS requirements
