**Experience**
8 - 10 years
**Primary Skills**
- Technically strong, solid foundations in knowledge, understanding & hands-on experience in CyberArk platform
- Technically strong, solid foundations in knowledge, understanding & hands-on experience in common technologies e.g., Active Directory, Database, Network, Virtualization, Storage, Cybersecurity, Cloud, ETL, Engineering, Automation, etc.
- Strong knowledge, experience in administration & deep troubleshooting skills in Windows (logs, analysis, component level troubleshooting, registry, etc).
- Hands-on experience in any programming (Java, Perl, Python, etc) & scripting (PowerShell, SAML, PACLI, API).
- Experience in Production Support, ITIL framework, ITSM, DevOps, SecOps, SRE.
**Responsibilities***
- To ensure the organization's standards, processes, procedures & compliance are met.
- To undertake, perform routine, ad-hoc / on-demand Prod services & support activities (refer to ITIL model).
- To ensure a smooth, non-disruptive Project Onboarding, Production service delivery, BAU support.
- To oversee, manage across all areas (direct & dependent) related to Project Onboarding, Production service delivery, BAU support (defined workscope).
- To raise and execute Change via proper Change management process.
- To participate & effectively manage Incident mgmt., Prob mgmt.
- To effectively manage Stakeholders.
- To perform ad-hoc, on-demand activities (non-prod testing, debugging & prod deployment (CD/CI)).
- Able to clearly understand requirements, challenges, construct a clear plan, perform end-to-end testing, and implement in the Production.
- Able to perform, execute end-to-end activity & service delivery execution progress.
