Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring seamless execution of service planning processes and workflows. This role demands a proactive leader with a strong focus on process optimization, team enablement, and customer-centric performance metrics.
This position involves refining and maintaining the application process for SFDC and SMAX, training planners and administrators on CRM usage and enhancements, and providing technical support to teams. The successful candidate will also be responsible for guiding planners in scheduling and allocating technician work, educating internal teams on CRM tools and principles, and tracking and reporting on key customer metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in service administration or coordination, preferably in a similar industry.
* Proficient in using Service CRM and ERP systems and other relevant software applications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure high-quality training.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks concurrently.
