We are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join our small, yet growing team.
Position Overview
Given the boutique nature of our team, we are looking for a Senior Property Manager who is an all-rounder that can take on a broad range of tasks which include Business Development, Leasing and general Property Management. You will be responsible for overseeing the management of a small but growing portfolio of properties with a focus on top-tier client experience to ensure maximum landlord and tenant satisfaction.
You will work closely with ownership and will be supported by an experienced team with hands on Directors and long-serving, knowledgeable support staff. We believe in working collaboratively with our Sales and Property Management teams working side by side, assisting each other where needed.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day management of residential properties
* Ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standard, coordinating maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
* Manage tenant relations, resolving issues promptly and professionally
* Coordinate lease negotiations, renewals, and tenant move-ins/move-outs
* Ensure all property compliance in line with legislation
* Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and periodic inspections
* Work effectively and co-operatively within a team in a professional, efficient, and diplomatic manner
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and vendors
* Preparing property advertisements and conducting open homes
* Issue the appropriate documentation to tenants where required in accordance with relevant legislation
* Deliver feedback and advice to the landlords after inspections, making recommendations where necessary
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management
* Strong knowledge of property management principles and relevant legislation
* Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple properties and tasks
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
* Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
* A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
* ACT Class 2 License or equivalent
