This job is a vital support role for the Principal/Executive Principal and the school's Executive Leadership Team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support, including diary management, communications, and coordination of key initiatives. This will involve managing a wide range of responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, conferences, professional development for staff, room bookings and functions, maintaining diaries, taking minutes of meetings and distributing to attendees, and managing the provision of administrative and secretarial support to conferences as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the delivery of documentation presented to the Principal/Executive Principal
* Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, conferences, and professional development for staff
* Maintain effective time management practices for the Principal/Executive Principal, including prioritising correspondence and preventing unnecessary interruptions
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organisational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
