Executive Assistant to Executive Manager, Disability and Community Development
Feros Care is a leading provider of aged care, disability support services, and innovative community programs across Australia. With a robust commitment to enhancing the lives of older Australians and individuals with disabilities, we pride ourselves on delivering innovative, compassionate and high-quality services.

Join the team at Feros Care as our next Executive Assistant to the Executive Manager, Disability and Community Development.
We're looking for a confident, capable, Executive Assistant who can operate at the level of the work, national strategy, performance, and reform across the disability sector. This is not a 'support role' in the traditional sense; it's a partnership. You'll manage the moving parts that enable the Executive Manager to focus on the strategic and operational priorities that drive real outcomes.
You’ll be relied on to anticipate needs, manage information flow, and keep a complex portfolio running smoothly. One minute you’ll be coordinating briefings for senior stakeholders, the next you’ll be troubleshooting travel or preparing board‑ready reports. You’ll need good judgment, initiative and the ability to operate with a high degree of independence.
This an opportunity to join a growing sector and values‑based organisation making a difference in the community. Are you ready to bring your skills and energy to Feros Care? Let’s make it happen!
