Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and assist with all enquiries from residents, staff, family and friends that come to the residence face‐to‐face and over the phone. You will complete the full range of front desk and administrative support and follow‐up.
Qualifications
* Experienced Receptionist with prior aged care or healthcare experience.
* NDIS Clearance.
You must be highly organised, comfortable with learning new technology, discreet and able to effectively communicate with a wide range of people including staff, residents and family members.
