About the Centre
Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten White Hills is located in Victoria's regional town of Bendigo, in the suburb of White Hills.
The centre is close to White Hills Primary School and Bendigo's Lake Weeroona Park.
It offers six spacious rooms that support children from nursery through kindergarten and employs experienced, fully-qualified educators who collaborate closely with families.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities
An excellent opportunity to showcase a passion for preparing healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for children.
As an Assistant Chef you will help with food preparation and ensure everything is clean and sanitized.
Responsibilities
Clean the kitchen and food preparation areas
Clean cooking and general utensils
Wash, peel and chop vegetables and fruit
Prepare meals
Set up food and beverage trays for serving to children
Comply with the centre's nutrition guidelines
Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen in accordance with centre policies
About You
Commercial Cookery Qualifications / Certificate III or higher preferred, but not required
Previous experience in childcare preferred
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Food safety knowledge
Ability to cater for allergies and dietary requirements
Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at a high level at all times
Ability to work independently and maintain a clean, functional kitchen during the Chef's absence
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
