The role of a Senior Guardian involves providing structured personal and health care decision making and advocacy for adults with impaired capacity.
* Undertake structured decision-making adhering to organisational policies, practice directions and legislative frameworks.
* Participate in healthcare decision making including working weekends and public holidays as required.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure all client-related documentation and guardianship activities are appropriately recorded, accurate and up-to-date.
2. Provide professional-level advice, information and support to stakeholders.
3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and maintain positive relationships.
