About our Support Work
We are an Approved Provider under the NDIS, offering a range of support and services including Personal Care, Respite Care, Medication Assistance, Domestic Assistance, and community participation.
Our Support Workers are passionate about their work and share our values of integrity, compassion, and positivity. We aim to engage the Support Worker & the participant along with their family and friends when preparing the care plan to make sure the participant's goals are aligned and understood by the Support Workers.
Job Responsibilities:
* Creating well-structured job adverts and posting within various job advertising platforms, social media, and LinkedIn.
* Completing the full end-to-end recruitment process and maintaining support worker levels to meet participants' support obligations.
* Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will upskill staff, assist in staff matching, and provide regular supervision.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and administration skills and a real passion for recruitment and sourcing talent to match client care needs.
* High-energy and results orientated, with a positive approach to work.
* Understanding of disability service delivery principles and NDIS.
* Understanding of and experience working with confidentiality.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check.
