As the Manager, ICT Project Management Office (PMO), you will:
* Lead and manage a team of project managers to drive quality outcomes applying best practice project management disciplines and processes, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, to scope and agreed quality standards.
* Develop and maintain an effective “fit for purpose” ICT PMO including all supporting tools, processes and methodologies to ensure consistency, accuracy and governance of projects.
* Support project managers and project sponsors in achieving the desired results from project investments. This includes providing progress reports and briefs including tracking and effective management of risks and issues, program and project progress, deliverables, resourcing and other matters.
* Monitor program and project performance, identifying areas requiring improvement or change and determining appropriate action.
* Provide project management guidance and leadership to ICT staff and more broadly across the ACMA.
* Lead and manage DTS Branch procurement activity and contract management.
* Directly support the CIDO on DTS Branch financial strategy, financial issues and performance, including regular tracking and reporting and the development of bids for funding.
