Home Care Workers – Colac & Warrnambool
Location: Colac & Warrnambool, VIC
Employment Type: Casual/Part-Time – Minimum 3 Days per Week
Own Car Required (with Full Comprehensive Insurance)
Are you passionate about supporting people to live independently in their own homes? We're seeking reliable and compassionate Home Care Workers to join our growing team in Colac and Warrnambool.
This is a rewarding role for those who want to make a real difference in the lives of older people and individuals with disabilities.
What We're Looking For
Australian working rights (no sponsorship or international applicants)
Available at least 3 days per week
Own car with full comprehensive insurance
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Completed NDIS Orientation Module
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support / Aged Care
First Aid & CPR certification
Strong communication skills and a caring, client-focused attitude
Role Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, domestic assistance, and companionship
- Supporting clients with mobility and transportation
- Assisting with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Promoting independence and individualised care
