About the Role

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre(s) in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and meeting financial targets.
* Create lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families, and use your marketing skills to strategically increase occupancy.
* Mentor and support the Centre(s) to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.

About You

* A bachelor's degree in early childhood education and care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
* Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
* A current Working with Children's Check.
* Experience in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
