As part of this journey, the business has created a new Head of Operations role to lead their single-site manufacturing operation and set it up for long-term success.
The Opportunity The Head of Operations will take full accountability for site performance, providing hands-on leadership while building the foundations required to scale sustainably.
Key responsibilities include : Leading end-to-end site operations across production, safety, quality and CI.
Embedding a strong continuous improvement mindset, lifting performance through better systems, processes, and ways of working.
Driving safety and quality standards across the site, ensuring compliance and building genuine ownership at all levels.
Improving overall production performance, reliability, and consistency.
Engaging and developing the workforce, including establishing clear training structures and capability pathways.
Partnering closely with the leadership team to translate growth plans into practical operational execution.
