As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join our leadership team and drive our group-wide marketing strategy to the next level.

About the Role

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading consumer-facing marketing across the DHG portfolio. This includes weddings, corporate events, social celebrations, dining precincts, and guest experiences. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role oversees all organic brand activity, including social media, digital content, campaigns, PR and activations. You will work closely with venue teams, agency partners and cross-functional departments to deliver impactful campaigns that build brand equity, drive engagement and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with business goals and brand vision.

Create and manage compelling content across web, email, social, print and in-venue platforms.

Oversee organic social media channels, engagement strategies, and agency relationships.

Lead PR and communications activity, including media releases, story development and stakeholder outreach.

Own website content and performance, ensuring SEO health and user experience.

Manage CRM and email marketing, including segmentation, lifecycle journeys and campaign reporting.

Collaborate with venue, culinary, and experience teams to promote key offers and seasonal activations.

Plan and deliver consumer-facing campaigns and events that drive awareness and visitation.

Monitor campaign performance, consumer insights, and market trends to inform strategy.

Maintain brand consistency and excellence across all customer-facing communications.

About You

We are looking for a driven and creative marketing professional with strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset.

8–10 years' marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, events, tourism, or consumer lifestyle brands.

Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Exceptional writing, storytelling and visual content skills.

Strong knowledge of CMS, CRM, email marketing, and social scheduling platforms.

Experience managing agency partners and creative projects.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project coordination skills.

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
