Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for finance-related matters, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our financial systems.

* Manage and oversee all aspects of finance and administration, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and asset management.
* Provide leadership and direction to staff members, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to perform their duties effectively.
* Monitor and authorize finance and payroll paperwork to ensure accuracy and integrity of information.
* Develop and implement standards of practice within our policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Collaborate with external service providers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality professional advice and support.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing ongoing professional support through regular supervision and appraisals.
2. Monitoring and authorizing finance and payroll paperwork to ensure accuracy and integrity of information.
3. Undertaking regular monthly reviews of budget vs actual results with program managers.
4. Developing and implementing standards of practice within our policies and procedures.

Requirements:

* A South Australian Working with Children Check.
* NDIS Worker Check.
* National Police Clearance.
* A Safe Environments for Children and Young People Certificate.
* A current South Australian Drivers Licence.
* Unrestricted eligibility to work in Australia.
* CPA, CA or equivalent accounting qualifications is highly desirable.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
