In this newly created role you will be responsible for proactively delivering the organisation’s training strategy and providing high-quality training advice and support. As a strong self-starter you will lead the development, coordination, and implementation of end-to-end training solutions, providing guidance to managers and employees to enhance capability and support organisational performance. Responsibilities Deliver strategic training advice and solutions across all levels of the business Manage training programs, including apprentices, trainees, and graduate development Develop and roll-out engaging training content and maintain the training schedule Build strong relationships with RTOs and external training partners Maintain and monitor training data, ensuring accuracy, tracking progress, and supporting reporting needs Coordinate learning platforms, grants, compliance requirements, and engagement activities Support organisational development initiatives and key People & Culture projects Essential Skills and Attributes A strong emphasis will be placed on proactive communication, continuous improvement, and building strong relationships to support a culture of learning and development. Other required skills include: Ability to manage work projects and tasks from planning through to execution Experience with MS Excel and basic formulas Experience in providing reports for various stakeholders Any knowledge or previous experience with policies, CSQ, and LMS such as Cloud Assess or similar will be advantageous What’s next?
