- Part-time role (approximately 24 hours per week, 6:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.)
- Providing individualised care to older people and veterans in the community.
- Salary of $32.86 (Level 2) or $34.59 (Level 3) per hour + inclusive of casual loading.

Work hours
Monday to Friday – 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. – Permanent hours.
Primary responsibilities
- Meal assistance and meal preparation, including shopping.
- Transport and accompaniment for shopping and appointments.
- Social support and activities, including outings and social events.
- Personal care including grooming, hygiene, bathing and dressing.
- Provide support for health conditions such as skin care, medication reminders and diabetes management.
- Assist with mobility.
- Domestic assistance including cleaning and laundry.
What you will need
- A kind, caring and respectful approach to service provision.
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support (or similar) or equivalent experience.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work with individuals from a range of social, financial and cultural backgrounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable car.
- Current national police check (not older than 6 months).
- Prior experience in a similar role in the community/home care or Disability/Residential care (desirable).
