As they grow, they seek a skilled and qualified Analyst to drive optimisation across the business.Tenure – The role is full time and ongoing.Location – Kew East VICSalary – A great salary is offered in the range of $75k to $85k plus superannuation per annum.What we're Looking For:A proactive individual with strong analytical skills, a knack for identifying inefficiencies, and the ability to drive significant operational improvements.

You'll identify bottlenecks, evaluate existing systems, and recommend innovative solutions including new technologies and automation.Data-Driven Improvements: Utilise data analytics to uncover inefficiencies, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously refine processes for optimal performance.
You'll provide regular reports to management on progress and areas for further enhancement.Strategic Collaboration & Change Management: Work across cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Finance) to implement new systems and procedures.
