Direct Care Worker (Residential) at Kimba Hospital
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Worker (Residential) to provide direct client services to residents of our Residential Care Home.
Your role will involve assisting in the delivery of personalized care to residents, ensuring their needs are met with dignity, respect, and kindness. You will work closely with health professionals and be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.
You will be accountable to the Executive Officer/Director of Nursing (EO/DON) and your contributions will support the overall well-being and comfort of residents, enhancing quality of life for those in our care.
What we're looking for
* Experience exercising judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
* Proficiency with computer packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
