Business Development Executive

Due to growth, we have an opportunity for a results-driven Sales professional to join our New Business team. The Business Development Executive role will help us grow our footprint across Australia and make a substantial commercial and operational impact on our business' supply chains. You will be immersed in a vibrant and fast-paced culture, working with brilliant individuals, and receive generous earnings with our uncapped commission scheme.

Responsibilities
* Strategically identify new opportunities, developing call cycles and thoroughly qualifying leads & sales opportunities.
* Develop and maintain a multi-sector pipeline of new business opportunities and ensure ongoing management of the opportunity pipeline.
* Deliver an exceptional sales process from lead generation to onboarding, with management support for closing complex opportunities.
* Ensure cross-functional knowledge of the efm operating model, offering a truly tailored solution to each prospective customer.
* Involve in onboarding of new customers to ensure a smooth transition for all.
* Work closely and effectively with a range of departments and stakeholders.
Qualifications
* 1–2 years' work experience in a comparable sales role or in logistics and supply chain management.
* Genuine passion for Sales and curiosity about business models, processes and workflows.
* Experience within a fast‐paced and complex business environment.
* Proven success in sales and meeting KPI targets.
* Ability to work autonomously and get involved with all aspects of the business.
* Self‐motivated with a natural drive to be your best and reap the rewards.
* Problem‐solving skills – willing to challenge the status quo.
* Analytical with strong commercial acumen.
* Confident communicator – written and verbal.
