Job Description
* Taking projects from initial scoping through to safe execution and close-out
* Building scopes of work, schedules, cost estimates, and timelines
* Managing early engineering requirements and stakeholder engagement
* Leading tendering processes, vendor engagement, and procurement of long-lead items
* Overseeing execution (both online and offline) and flexing roster during shutdowns
* Tracking budgets, reforecasting, and working closely with cost controllers
* Ensuring compliance with frameworks, work management, and safety procedures
* Identifying improvement opportunities and driving efficiency in project delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 2–5 years' experience in mining/heavy industrial environments
* 2–5 years' experience in project management
* Mechanical Trade Certificate or Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
* Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
* Clear communicator with strong leadership skills and the ability to positively influence teams
* A safety-first mindset, with experience conducting field interactions and promoting safe work practices
