Key responsibilities include leading and managing the marketing function, developing and executing seasonal and annual marketing strategies, overseeing the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to maximise marketing impact.
A relevant marketing degree and at least 7 years' senior marketing experience, ideally in fashion or retail, are required. Strong knowledge of both traditional and emerging marketing channels, including digital, e-commerce, and print, is essential.
Proven leadership capability, project management, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in marketing software, analytics tools, and the Microsoft Office suite are also necessary.
