**Your Impact**:
A newly created position supporting all Goodstarters joining our organisation. The role of Onboarding Coordinator will sit within our large Talent Acquisition (TA) team and you will be responsible for:
Be a proud custodian of awesome new employee experiences.
Provide adminstrative assistance to the Talent Acquisition Team as needed.
You'll be on the phones - a lot, because we hire a lot of people

**You'll bring to the table**:
A desire to work in the TA space - you might be a recent graduate or someone who is keen to kick start their career in TA / HR. Any HR / Onboarding / recruitment or mobilisation experience will certainly be a bonus
A positive can do customer-focussed attitude with a willingness to learn new skills;
An excellent telephone manner with the ability to prioritise and effectively mutitask;
The ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and data input accuracy;
A friendly, professional and helpful manner who can show patience and proactivity with support new hires through out onboarding process;
