As Senior Project Manager within the ICT Portfolio Delivery team, you'll lead the delivery of multi-disciplined projects valued up to $5M across clinical and non-clinical environments. You'll manage projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring scope, quality, budget and governance requirements are met. Working closely with stakeholders, vendors and executive leaders, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in alignment with hospital and contractual objectives.

Responsibilities
* Managing multiple ICT projects through initiation to closure
* Leading project planning, governance, reporting and financial control
* Engaging clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
* Managing project risks, issues, vendors and subcontractors
* Chairing project forums including Steering Committees and Working Groups
* Supporting scoping, estimation and proposal development for new initiatives
* Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
* Ensuring contractual KPIs and quality standards are consistently met
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Project Manager within a portfolio or PMO environment
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills across executive, clinical and operational teams
* Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder service environments
* Strong commercial acumen and financial management capability
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using digital collaboration tools
* The ability to produce clear, evidence-based reporting and presentations
* A collaborative leadership style that builds trust and accountability
